Chris Porter says Colchester United’s fate is now in their own hands after his winning goal earned them a thrilling 3-2 win at Fleetwood Town and boosted their chances of avoiding relegation.
Porter converted a late penalty at Highbury Stadium to complete a U’s dramatic comeback and breathe new life into their survival hopes, after they had at one stage looked destined for League Two football next season.
