A FORMER office is set to be converted into a holiday let after plans for its revamp were approved.
The property at 110 Coast Road, West Mersea, will offer holidaymakers the chance to rent it on a short-term basis.
Plans approved by Colchester Council will see it converted from an office building into a comfortable place to stay.
The project will include remedial structural works, general refurbishment and the addition of a first floor balcony.
The site benefits from two parking spaces, with none extra proposes as part of the plans.
