POLICE officers have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with a theft in Colchester.
Essex Police says officers want to speak to 36-year-old Michael Ferrie in connection with a theft from a vehicle.
He has links to Norwich, Ipswich, and Colchester.
A spokesman for the force said: “If you have any information please get in contact with us quoting the crime reference number 42/92108/23.”
