BRIDES and grooms-to-be enjoyed planning for their big day at a wedding fair staged at Colchester Town Hall.
More than 100 people visited the town hall - which also stages weddings - to get professional advice for their forthcoming big day.
Colchester Town Hall was beautifully decorated to welcome guests who looked through offered services ranging from photography to catering and flowers.
Those planning their own big events – or simply window-shopping – were guided through the various aspects of the big day.

A spokesperson for Colchester Events said: "More than 100 people attended the Wedding Fair in the beautiful and historic surroundings of the town hall with 15 suppliers on hand to showcase services ranging from photography to catering and entertainment to floristry.
"Eighteen couples registered with Colchester Events to receive further information about planning their special day with us.
"We hope the couples who attended the wedding fair and who may now be considering holding their wedding in one of our unique and special locations will have found lots to inspire them."
