ST Helena Hospice has organised a fundraising trail to mark its 30th anniversary.
Take on the Trail will take place from Langham Community Centre on Sunday, October 4.
Participants can choose to run, walk or jog a five or tenmile route off the beaten track.
They will have to decipher codes along the way.
The ten-mile trail will timed by Great Bentley Running Club, but the event is open to participants aged five up and of any level of fitness.
Those who take part with children will be given a treasure hunt-style quiz where the answers will be waiting to be discovered along the route.
Angie Diggens, events fundraiser at the Highwoodsbased hospice, said: “This will be a great opportunity for all the family to experience a real trail event at their own pace.
“It will also be a fun challenge for trail runners, and those who are keen to experience an off-road running event with a difference.”
